this is not a formal or official session. it's just some of my family, at their cottage and walking on the beach of lake michigan. having recently landed back in Grand Rapids, and with my husband across the country, i've been camping out with my brother, sister-in-law and baby niece. i'm living at their house with them, and on this particular weekend, i joined them at marguerite's family cottage for a night. got to sleep on the sleeping porch (heavenly), walk on the beach, eat grilled dinners, make my niece laugh, and stay up late talking.so i took some shots of them during one walk on the beach, and also during claire's kitchen sink bath time (she LOVES it). and i really love these images and decided to work with them a bit. i processed them in an even more strongly vintage-y way than i normally would because this is just for fun; it's play. what do you think of their vintage look?
